By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Purple Brightness provides freight transportation, courier services, freight delivery, etc.. Availability may vary by location and is subject to operational capacity.

  • You authorize Purple Brightness to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.

Purple Brightness is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events

  • Stolen items

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant transportation service.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability. All content on our platforms (logos, text, software, etc.) is the property of Purple Brightness and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or for any misuse of the service. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of King County, WA. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration through King County.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
